In 2011, I:
-Visited 2 countries, 3 states, and 4 California cities
-Completed my 2nd year of teaching, began my 3rd year, obtained 2 other roles at my school site, and 2 policy-related jobs within the district
-Bought a new car
-Became single
-Lost 10 pounds
-Lived in a humongous house that was used for filming (a music video, an independent film, and a TV series episode)
-Moved back to Long Beach mid-year
-Saw my mother through two successful surgeries
-Turned 25
-Got good at snowboarding
-Gained 5 pounds
-Dated casually

-Apply to something, be it a fellowship, a job, grad school, the circus, etc.
-Pay off two of my student loans
-Not buy unnecessary clothing
-Buy an ipad/ereader
-Go to Spain
-Get better at snowboarding
-Exercise more
-Keep my budget
-Turn 26
-Be happy.
