Hi.

I get bugged when nobody’s posted all day, and then I post, and then an hour later there’s a million more posts on my friends page, lol. I was going to go to sleep about an hour ago, but then I started listening to mxpx, and then I couldn’t sleep. Once I listened to them I had to go to the site to see if anything was new, then I had to go to the fan club site to see if any shows are coming up (none. but I could fly to WA for $30 and watch them there. Hmm. It’s a thought), and then I saw that they were selling handmade (by them) tshirts for 12 bucks, and then I watched all their videos… and now I guess I’ll sleep. Because I’m terrible and haven’t done any reading or homework or practiced the stupid rhythm exercizes for piano, and therefore must wake up early to do all of that.

Sorry for crowding everybody’s friends pages.

But mine got crowded too and I figure one more wont hurt.

New layout.
It’s not so great, but oh well.

Saturday:
I went with Nate to McDonalds for breakfast in the morning =) It was fun to spend time together!

Later on in the day was the…
TEA PARTY!

Yes, Annie hosted a tea party for Nathalie and I, and it was loads of fun! Don’t for one second think it was corny, because it was awesome!

Haha, I look dumb. At least I get to hide in the shadows!

I had to leave early and go to work, which sucked, but after work I went back to Annie’s to spend the night. There was some of this:

going on, and then we went off to Denny’s. Oh yeah, Annie’s friend Mallorie came along too, she was fun, I’d never met her before. Anyway, we had SO much fun there! The waitress was awesome, we had fun turning down these disgusting looking older guys who wanted to “give us some company,” and met up with some poly/millikan people. The only person I recognized was John (the Black Tie Optional one), but there were three other guys too. Annie drove around for a while under the tunnel on Spring St. and we were screaming and singing 80′s songs out loud. It was so fun! We ended up going to John’s house for a bit where we watched most of Amelie, which was wierd but pretty funny/good. The guys were playing guitar and smoking outside the whole time, lol. Or at least two of them were. Another one was watching the movie with us, and the other was hanging out with Mallorie on the trampoline.

Anyway, we got back to Annie’s around 4am (I think?) then took turns in the shower, talked for a while, and started watching 13 Going on 30 at which point I fell asleep (it would have been my 4th time watching it, and my 2nd time in only a week). Nathalie had to leave before we were all fully awake, and I didn’t get to say goodbye. So… Nathalie, I hope your flight back to Scotland was safe!

Yesterday was mostly a sleepy blur. Today was school.
Boring boring boring. But it was a fun weekend, so oh well. No complaints from me!

Oh, so… last time I had a Gmail invite I used it to make another for myself. And now… I have a total of 12 gmail invites.

I think I’ll give the first 8 away to whoever asks, and I’ll keep the others for myself and for friends who don’t happen get one of the first ones.

Today was a great day. I don’t feel any older or anything like that, but things were great. My parents woke me up so I got to see them before they went to work and read their cards. I had breakfast with Nate, then we went to out “spot” where it’s all pretty and ocean-y and awesome. Then I went to school and actually had fun in Piano class. Anthropology was easy, and I decided not to go to geography. I got ready for the evening, and Nate and I were off to Beverly Hills. We saw Without a Paddle at the Beverly Center, and it was a lot better than I had expected it to be. I laughed SO hard! The whole time I was watching it I was reminded of Mammoth. It seemed like things “Dan and Stan” or the “Obi Wan Kenobi” guys would do. Oh, interesting fact: the movie film burned up while we were watching it so we had to wait for them to change the reel thing. It wansn’t too big of a deal though After that we went to the Cheesecake Factory. And hardly ate anything. It was pretty slow, so they gave us free salads and stuff, and I was so full before they brought us our actual entrees. And we didn’t even eat cheesecake =) We came back to my house and exchanged presents. I love what he got me! In addition to other things, he got me this one cushy dish chair from Urban Outfitters and it’s so comfortable! My dog thinks so too. Poor thing thinks it’s his new bed.

Anyway, it’s been great. Thanks to those of you who texted me and those of you who IMed me to tell me happy birthday!

I haven’t seen my Early November CD in over half a year. Yesterday I randomly found the TEN dvd and watched it, and it made me miss the CD even more. Soooo I spent a good 15 minutes downloading every last one of their songs. Muahahahahahahaha.

Anyway. Here is my tentative schedule for tomorrow:

6:45ish: my parents will come into my room and wake me up singing happy birthday
7ish: I will open presents with my parents so that it can be done before they go to work
8ish: Nate will come get me and we’ll go eat at this french pastry place we go to a lot and eat breakfast for our birthday.
10:20ish: I will pick Mary up and we will go on to school together.
11: I will suffer through piano class
12:30: I will enjoy my Anthropology class but feel guilty because I still haven’t bought my textbooks for this class
2: I will be half bored and half thoroughly interested in listening to old Nigel talking about physical geography
4: I will get prettied up
At some point: Nate will pick me up and we’ll go out for a night on the town.
This will definitely include: dinner in beverly hills, giving each other gifts, and a movie
This might include: santa monica pier? not sure yet.

Having the same birthday as your boyfriend is awesome.
Having class on your birthday is a curse.
Having teachers who give you an extra letter grade for perfect attendance is a blessing.

Last night I had a headache and didn’t do any homework.

Tonight I’m just sleepy and I don’t want to do any homework.

My brother officially moves out early tomorrow morning. I just said goodbye and actually started crying, something I wasn’t expecting.

Grr I’m still upset he’ll be gone for my birthday. But obviously the world, not even my world, revolves around me. It revolves around me fitting my life into other people’s schedules. But whatever.

Aaaaa I’m so tired! We got to close early at work, but I still didn’t get home until 11:40ish. I haven’t gotten a chance to really breathe all weekend! Saturday I had stuff to do in the morning, then I had to buy some work clothes, then I had to go to work, then I went to dinner and then hung out at my house with Nate and Stephanie.
Then today I was at church, then home where I helped with lunch, and then I had to do my homework. After that it was straight to work again. Argh! I still have homework to do. I guess I’ll wake up at 7ish to finish all my homework before class. Some chick gave us a 15 dollar tip and at first we were gonna sing the milkshake song, but we were all so tired. All we got out was a tiptiphooray. And I felt bad. And then some other chick gave us 10. And then after we closed this gay guy came up and asked Cornelio (one of the shift leaders) for ice cream. He was like “If you give me ice cream, I’m serious, I’ll include a few favors.” And then he winked. And then Cornelio brought in the tables and umbrellas and locked up real quick.

Yeah, I’m boring you. Sucks, huh? I was on dish duty. It wasn’t too bad actually. And we have a cleaning crew come in late at night, so we don’t even have to really clean up after ourselves.

Everything’s been great this weekend, it really has. But i’m so beat now. Goodnight. Sorry about oh-heck-no.net. Maybe tomorrow.

You chose the words you knew would make me cry
You’ve probably done it to a hundred (girls…but I have to keep guys to make it rhyme) guys
I’m not cryin’, I got somethin’ in my eyes
You said you never really felt a thing
You said you didn’t like the way I sing
I’m not cryin’, but my eyes they really sting

I’m broken hearted, broken hearted for you
So don’t get me started on repairs
I know what you’re gonna do
You’ll break it again
I know I can’t win
You’ll just break my heart again

You slapped my face before you said goodbye
Called me a loser, hopin’ I would die
I’m not cryin’, I got somethin’ in my eye
You said you never really felt a thing
You said you didn’t like the way I sing
I’m not cryin’, but my eyes they really sting

Don’t worry. I’m actually really happy. The proof: I am in an mxpx mood. And those tend to happen only when I’m in a good mood. Annnnd regardless of how depressing/cheesy/whatever those lyrics are, they always make me even hyper-er! Enough of my dumbness:

~I got clothes for work which I actually look halfway decent in
~I got PAYED! A whopping 68.99 after taxes. But I don’t care, because that was for only one day of work and a few hours of training! My first paycheck in about 9 months. I’m stoked!
~Went to dinner at BJ’s with my family (we had to do it before my actual birthday, because my brother moves out on the day before my birthday), Nathaniel and Stephanie came along and it was absolutely wonderful!
~Came home had CAKE! It was probably the last official time we’ll have as a family before my brother leaves. It was great though, regardless of the family issues which were bringing me down all throughout this week, it was a good time.
~Watched Big Daddy for the second time this week. That movie is too great. We were all laughing before all the funny parts. “Who you callin’ a liar?!?” “Rumpelstiltskin?” “hip…hipop…hipopopotomop?” “hooters hooters hooters!” Ahh good times.
~Thinking about how my birthday isn’t even until thursday. And that thursday is going to be awesome. Beverly Hills, what what
~working tomorrow night=big tips

I apologize for my dumbness. I got incredibly hyper as I was getting ready for bed. No worries though, off to sleep I go!

So quit your life, stay with me, we’ll order in and watch tv. We’ll paint the house, we’ll wash the car, we’ll take a walk but not too far. So quit your life, stay with me. I heard the road, it was calling my name. I walked towards the light and I ran towards the flame, I ran towards the flame… After all is said and done, I don’t mind saying again, I say it’s true that I’m in love, with the places that I’ve been. I feel good when I know you’re coming down. I feel good when I know you’ll be around. So quit your life, stay with me…

ok, seriously, I’m finished now.

Oh, and I think my site (oh-heck-no.net) will be coming back tomorrow. It’s going to suck, but I might as well do something with the CRAZY $2.99 I spend each month on hosting. Oh yeah. That’s breaking the bank. Pshhhh 10 bucks for hosting, pshhh pshhh.

Ok, this time it’s for real. I am absolutely done.

Would you like to hear about my car ride home?

I was still wearing a sweatshirt because it had been cold in the morning, even though it was hot outside by 3:30 when I got out of class. I figured that I would just turn on the air conditioning and leave my sweatshirt on, because I am overly lazy and I just wanted to get home.

The goodnews: I hit every single signal at a green light.

The bad news: I looked down at my air conditioning and realized that the light was not on even though the button was pressed. Thennn I realized that the fan wasn’t working at all. Because I was not getting any red lights, I couldn’t take off my sweatshirt, but I figured I could roll down my windows to get some air. The only problem with this plan was that my windows would NOT roll down (they are power windows). It sucked so bad! I think it’s a fuse or something. But seriously, whoever programmed the fan and the windows onto the same fuse was dumb, because I had absolutely NO air circulation!
