Amir (my dog) got real sick yesterday, and I was real worried about him. He’s staying overnight at the vet tonight, but he’s going to be okay, so I’m definitely glad about that!

Oh yeah, on monday I got to hang out with Nathalie! It was so great catching up with her, because we hadn’t seen each other for a year. She’s here until september, so we’re definitely going to be hanging out some more.

Speaking of hanging out, Nate is coming over in a few minutes to watch some movies and to watch television. Wednesdays are the best nights for television right now. Seriously. Quintuplets is the funniest thing ever, I command you all to watch it! Anyway, yes, it’s going to be fun tonight ♥

Har har har. I deleted one of my hostees (don’t worry , it wasn’t you) at oh-heck-no.net. Believe it or not, I’ve been doing a lot of work on my site, and I realized that Anna, the hostee I had at /starlethad never commented on my site or even talked to me after I had gotten her set up. Which I guess was fair, because I didn’t go to her site very much either. I can’t believe I hosted a blend challenge site. That’s pretty amusing now that I think of it. Anyway, she hadn’t updated since february or march or something, so her stuff is gone for now. My other hostees talk to me and stuff, and that’s the way I like it.

On that note. If anybody out there is wanting to be hosted, my email is seventyx7@gmail.com.

Yeah, that’s my new email address. Yeah, I’m a loser and I used my gmail invite to make a new account because I didn’t like my old gmail. Sooooooo I guess that everybody out there should email me now. Not just those wanting to be hosted.

Sorry for the completely pointless post. It’s been too hot recently to actually think straight.

Ever have one of those days where everything just clicks? Today was one of those. It was awesome in every aspect possible!

Plans for tomorrow:

  • running with Nate early in the morning.
  • shower/good day live.
  • calling Lizette (I was supposed to call her last week =/)
  • Call Nathalie (she just flew in to Cali a few days ago!!!) and see if she can hang out later on in the day/plan a day to get together.
  • Go to Cingular, see if they’ll give me a new phone for cheap.
  • either hang out with Nathalie, plan for camping trip, or perhaps hang out with Nate.

Christina and I really want to go camping next monday, from the 26-29or30. Buuuut I feel bad because of Ramany and Robin, and I don’t know if Dani can come. Let’s cross our fingers that it works out well!

GET A FREE IPOD

Hey everybody, I’m trying to get a free ipod, and you all can do the same. I need 5 people to join before I get mine, so PLEASE sign up here:

http://www.freeiPods.com/default.aspx?referer=7111982

I will love you forever! You have to sign up for a “service,” and they send you either a colored ipod mini, or a 15gb ipod. When it gets to the point where it asks you to pick a service, I would suggest you pick the ancestry.com one, because it doesn’t bill you from the start, and because it’s easy to unscribe from.

Please please join. In doing so, I’ll get my free ipod, AND you’ll be getting one too!

Mmm, things are good again =)

Let’s see… on friday, Nate and I went to LA/Hollywood. We stopped first at Melrose Ave, and got some vintage stuff for cheap. Mucho coolo. After that, we just went driving around for a while, and had some Subway.

I ended up going to that middle school get together on Saturday. As I suspected, I was getting worried about nothing. The people I did not want to see ended up not showing, so I had a great time. It was fun talking about Amanda’s wedding plans, and I’d forgotten how much I was like my friend Mary. She moved to Apple Valley after middle school, and we haven’t gotten to hang out that much since then. I hope we get together more though, because she was lots of fun to be around.

On sunday I went with Nate to this church in Costa Mesa with his cousin. I really liked it, the people were so nice! They were all a few years (or more) older than me, but it was still a good time.

I have been extra athletic this week, and it’s only tuesday. Yesterday I went jogging with Nate in the morning, we ran somewhere around a mile and a half. Later in the day, I went to go play ultimate frisbee with a bunch of people. Now, to be completely honest, I was in a bad mood at the time, and I wasn’t really into the game, but it was still some movement. Then today, we went jogging again, and we went pretty far. From Temple Avenue all the way to the aquarium, but we were on the beach, not on the street. It’s really nice in the morning. Like around 7am, it’s not too hot. Yeah. Then later on today, I went to Nate’s volleyball game (Jason and Stephen came too), and we got there super early, so we were playing basketball and volleyball. Now, I’m not trying to say that I’m good at either, but the point is that I was playing and having fun. Nate’s awesome, by the way. His team won against both of the schools they played.

So yeah. In case anybody out there hasn’t caught on, jogging is the new http://games.yahoo.com/pool. =)

Yesterday after ultimate frisbee, I went over to Dani’s house, where we basically spent a long time laughing it up. If you see her, ask her to do the Bambi. Muahahahaha.

argh. nate and i are having some issues. not issues like we’re going to break up or anything like that, but there’s a bit of a lack of communication. which hardly makes sense since we spend a lot of time together. i don’t know. we both kept upsetting each other tonight and apologizing and then doing something else wrong.

i guess it was just one of those days. i’m expecting it to be better tomorrow though.

Just as I imagined before I made my last post, nobody likes commenting on annoyingly long entries. So this one’ll be shorter.

As far as the list of things I needed to take care of, I’ve finished cleaning my room, cleaning the kitchen, finished my parents’ scrapbook, and applied for another job.

This saturday I think I’m meeting with a group of friends from middle school to hang out. Under different circumstances, I think I would be pretty excited about getting to see these people, but ehhh. Nobody knows that Monica and I aren’t really best friends, or even less, that we aren’t talking. So a few questions are bound to be asked about that. Then there’s Jessica… I saw her at warped tour last week, and we made eye contact, but we didn’t talk. Furthermore, her boyfriend is Daniel Casey, and I don’t know why, but that makes things more complicated. And oh yeah, she used to go out with Nate. My Nate …that was in middle school, but still, I think it’ll be wierd saying “Oh, hello Jessica! I saw you last thursday, you were about 5 feet away from me, but I didn’t feel like saying hi. But what’s up?”

Mary N. and Annie I have no problems with, but I haven’t seen either of them since graduation.

Then there’s Mary S. and Amanda. I’m excited to see both of them, so that’ll be cool.

There are two things which I keep forgetting.

    a) I’m probably making a big deal of everything and I might actually have a blast on saturday.
    b) It might not even end up happening, since I haven’t heard anything about this get together since Amanda called me some weeks ago telling me to keep the 10th open.

We’ll see how it turns out.

p.s. The new Jamba Juice opened today, and Nate took me there because we thought they were going to be giving out free smoothies. That was not the case =(

Okay, time for an actual update, no? I have to make it public, because when I make them friends only, Nate starts complaining =)

Let’s see. Last week I did a lot of work for my site, but it still isn’t up. Soon I’ll get it up, but for now I have some other things that I have to take care of offline such as:

  • making my new bedroom look like it’s actually mine
  • cleaning ALL the windows at the house as well as back here in my mini-eco-system
  • making a wedding scrapbook for my parents to replace their old messy photo album
  • cleaning the kitchen
  • finish registering for my classes
  • finding a job(!!!) Everywhere that I want to work, I have to be 18. And even though I’ll be 18 next month, I need a job sooner. grr.

Yick. I don’t know why I’m telling you guys all the stuff I need to get taken care of, it’s not like it’s interesting. Anyway. Wanna hear intersting? I painted two of my walls bright green. It looks pretty cool. Yes. I think most of you already knew that. When I feel like I’ve finished making my room awesome, I’ll take pictures and put together a room tour.

Okay, let’s see. Over the past weekend, I saw three movies, which is way strange for me, because I don’t normally see many movies.

Friday
I saw The Notebook with Dani and Christina, and it was awesome! Actually, the whole night was awesome, I laughed so much at everything that happened.

Saturday I wrote about in my last entry.

Sunday
4th of July was pretty cool. During the day, everybody from my church went over to Wardlow park, and we had a picnic instead of regular church. At first it was sort of boring, but after a while, a water balloon fight started, and it was lots of fun. I got pissed off at the end though, so I quit, haha. So after that, I was just talking with Nate, Jason, and Somatra, and we had a pretty good talk. Been hanging out and talking with all of them a lot recently. We talked about some things which were bugging all of us, and had a grand old time. After that, everybody was leaving, and Nate, Jason, and I still wanted to hang out. Nate left so he could drop his car off, and then Jason and I went home with my dad so that we could get my car. Ah, it was great. We confused people SO much. Stephen, Joe, Kathy, Karin, PR, and a few other people were all staring at Jason and I like if something was terribly wrong. Anyway, we got my car, picked up Nate, and we went over to City Place/Pine Avenue/The Pike. I ♥ Long Beach! We saw White Chicks, and it turned out to be a lot better than I thought it’d be. It was funny, because there were some European tourists there at the theater, and they saw the movie too… but they had beers and stuff, and they kept dropping bottles. It was pretty funny. And then someone was smoking weed. I’ve never seen so much action at the movies before, haha. When we got out, it was around 8:45, and the Queen Mary fireworks were going to start at 9, so we started walking towards the beach. There was an area with lots of grass, so we sat there with a million other people and watched the fireworks, which were pretty awesome. That was pretty much it for Sunday. But it was all awesome.

Monday
Robins Birthday Party. I was pretty scared that I wasn’t going to like the food, since it was a seafood restaurant, but it ended up being pretty good! Happy Birthday Robin! During lunch, Christina and I found out that Dani says “whore” and “horror” the same. And I hit myself in the eye. Good Times!

Today
I went to a park in Fountain Valley with Nate. It was fun =) We were supposed to go on a walk, but I got tired so we… didn’t walk. Haha, it was cool though, it was a real pretty park =) After that, we went to Costco to get cheap food. I actually just got a coke, but we sat down and watched pigeons fight over food. It was pretty amusing, actually, haha.

And now I’m at home, and I’ll probably do some work on my room. You’ll all be happy to know that I have issues with posters. Just like in my old room, no poster that I put up is wanting to stay up.

Ramany leaves for her trip late tomorrow night (have fun, lovie!). I guess that means that we’re supposed to meet during the day to plan our camping trip! I really hope we pull it off, it’d be SO much fun!

Sorry for the long post, guys. I know it’s annoying when people do posts like these, but I felt bad about not really updating for like 2 weeks. Soon I’ll get my site up though, and then I won’t have to do posts like these.
